RHS&A is the proud founder and initial sponsor of The Rapid Results Institute (RRI) - a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. The Institute is introducing the concepts, ideas, and tools of RHS&A's Rapid Results Approach into social and economic improvement projects in developing countries.

Members of the Institute are currently working on projects in Madagascar, Ghana, Sudan, and Tunisia in collaboration with the World Bank and other development agencies. These have already had a significant impact in areas such as HIV/AIDS, decentralization, nutrition, and family planning.
